HFI National Handball Referee Course
Handball Federation of India (HFI) is organising the HFI National Handball Referee Course in Guwahati, Assam, from 25th – 31st March 2023. The last date for registration for the course is 1st March 2023.
Kindly read the following instructions carefully before filling out the registration form:
The participation fee for the course is ₹ 6000 which is to be paid in cash upon arrival in Guwahati.
Only participants who fulfil the following conditions are eligible to attend the course:
- The name of the participant must be on the list sent to the HFI office by the concerned HFI affiliated unit.
- Age Limit: 20–40 years old (should not have been born before 1983 or after 2003)
Qualifications for different grades are as follows:
- Grade C: Must have participated in National Handball Championship organized by HFI
- Grade B: Must possess a valid Grade C certificate.
- Grade A: Must possess a valid Grade B certificate.
Other important points:
- The participation fee includes food, accomodation, and local transportation costs.
- Accommodation will be provided only from 24th March (arrival day) to 1st April (departure day)
- Transportation will only be provided from Guwahati (GHY) and Kamakhya (KYQ) Railway Stations.
- All the participants must bring their own referee equipment, i.e. whistle, cards, kit, shorts, etc.
Process of Registration
- The participants must only register after their concerned state association has sent the list of participants to the HFI Office.
- The participants must fill out all the details correctly and upload the necessary qualification certificate.
- After filling out the form, the participant will receive a confirmation e-mail from our side within 6 hours that their submission has been received. If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail within 6 hours, then fill out the form again.
- After receiving the confirmation email from our side, the participant will have to wait another 24 hours till we process the form and give them a reply about the status of their form.
Tips for filling out the form correctly:
- Name: Full name of the participants as per documents
- Father’s Name: As per documents
- Date of Birth: As per documents
- State/UT: Name of the state/UT that referred you for this referee course.
Upload Document
- If you hold a HFI Grade C or Grade B certificate, then upload a clear, scanned photo of a higher-grade certificate.
- If you do not have an HFI grade, please upload a clear, scanned certificate proving that you have participated in at least one (1) national handball championship organised by HFI.
