The Opening Ceremony was graced by Dr. Shahnawaz Alam, Vice President, Tata Workers Union, as the Chief Guest. The ceremony was further dignified by the presence of the Guests of Honour, Mr. Sanjay Singh, Vice President, Tata Workers Union, and Mr. Rajesh Singh, Committee Member (Coke Plant), Tata Workers Union.

The Closing Ceremony was honoured by Captain Manish Sinha, Head Sports, Tata Steel, as the Chief Guest. Mr. Tarique Alam, Social Worker, attended the ceremony as the Special Guest and encouraged the young athletes for their outstanding performances.

 

Mr. Khurshid Khan, Honorary Secretary, Jharkhand State Handball Association, and Mr. Firoz Khan, Treasurer, Jharkhand State Handball Association, were present throughout the championship and played a key role in the smooth and successful conduct of the competition.

The event played a significant role in promoting grassroots handball and identifying young talent in the state of Jharkhand.
